Customer acquisition and account management, including preparation and follow-up of client meetings
Responsible for developing long-term business relationships, including acquiring new clients and initiating the identification of needs in the finance departments of both new and existing clients from DAX, MDAX and mid-sized companies (Mittelstand)
Independently manage your projects in the areas of consulting, interim management and personnel consulting from needs analysis through to contract conclusion
Build your own network of CFOs, managing directors and HR decision-makers through active relationship management
Build and maintain a network of interim managers and finance professionals
Conduct negotiations independently with our clients and interim managers
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration/economics
At least 2 years of professional experience in service sales, ideally from consulting or recruitment/personnel consulting
Strong communication skills
Structured working style and excellent organizational skills
Fluent German and good English skills
