Drive the digitalization and standardization of our global supply chain processes
Analyze, model, and optimize Source-to-Contract and Source-to-Quality processes across locations and regions
Identify process breaks, bottlenecks, and automation potential along the supply chain
Design and harmonize global SCM processes in SAP (S/4HANA)
Execute or specify customizing adjustments in relevant modules (e.g. MM/QM)
Design and configure supplier-related SCM workflows within Jaggaer or comparable S2P/SRM systems
Use Jira to manage SCM and digitalization backlogs
Ensure consistent data structures and process logic across different applications
Design and implement workflows for the automation of SCM processes

Experience in Supply Chain Management or in a highly process-driven role
Strong understanding of end-to-end processes ideally with a focus on supplier
and quality-related workflows
Hands-on experience with SAP in an SCM/purchasing environment
Experience with S2P/SRM systems such as Jaggaer or comparable platforms
Experience working with Jira & Confluence or comparable project management tools
Basic knowledge of SQL or a strong willingness to build these skills quickly
Initial experience with low-code/workflow platforms or strong interest in developing expertise in this field
Fluent written and spoken English
Structured and analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven process improvement
