Collaborate with business and MDS teams to develop, document, and maintain enterprise-wide and specific data governance standards
Support in drafting, reviewing, and updating data governance policies
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate proposed data governance standards
Regularly review and update existing data standards to reflect evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
Ensure policies align with internal guidelines, industry best practices, and relevant legal frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Develop clear, concise policy documentation and support their dissemination across the organization
Design and develop comprehensive data governance training programs and materials
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance standards and policies
Assist in responding to inquiries related to data standards, policies, and best practices
Act as an ambassador for Data Governance, fostering a culture of data ownership and accountability
Work effectively with cross-functional teams including Data&Analytics, Architecture, Internal Controls

3-5 years of experience in data governance, data management, business analysis, or a related role
Proven experience in developing and documenting data standards, policies, or procedures
Demonstrated experience in creating and promoting training programs or instructional materials
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Being self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Understanding and experience of data tools usage (Data Catalog, Cloud Solutions, Data Quality such as Collibra, Ataccama, Informatica, Alation, among others) and in Master Data Domains and MDM solutions is a plus
DAMA certifications and SAP S/4 knowledge a plus
Experience of managing relations with content creation agencies is a plus
