Actively participating in the analysis of business and technical requirements in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
Designing and producing functional and/or technical solution designs (flows, business rules, integrations, application components).
Ensuring solution alignment with target architecture, IT standards, and organizational best practices.
Working closely with architects, development teams, and quality assurance (QA) teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Supporting teams during solution implementation and contributing to effort estimates and planning activities.
Supporting testing phases, analyzing defects, and contributing to their resolution.
Maintaining clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date design documentation.
Acting as a subject‑matter expert during production releases and supporting production support activities.
Mentoring team members and fostering knowledge sharing within the IT community.
Requirements
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT solution design
solid understanding of complex application environments and integration challenges
hands-on experience in IT solution design, ideally in an Agile/Scrum context
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field
knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, including pricing and new business (strong asset)
comfortable working with various technologies and platforms, including: Azure DevOps, .NET 8, Git, SQL Server, MongoDB, BizTalk, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Mainframe environments
