You define and evolve our brand positioning, brand architecture, visual identity, and communication strategy across all categories, channels, and markets
You act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency and excellence across campaigns, content, packaging, digital experiences, and consumer touchpoints
You lead the development of integrated communication platforms and brand campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and long-term brand equity
You shape consumer-centric communication strategies by defining target audiences, key messages, activation plans, and channel-specific approaches
You oversee the evolution of our visual identity and packaging ecosystem, ensuring a consistent and distinctive brand experience across the portfolio
You lead and develop internal creative and brand teams while managing external agencies and production partners to deliver best-in-class creative work
You collaborate closely with Product, DTC, International, and Local Marketing teams to create seamless consumer journeys and integrated brand experiences
You own brand performance tracking, campaign effectiveness measurement, and marketing investment allocation to maximize business impact and ROI
You speak German and English fluently
Requirements
You bring 10+ years of international brand marketing and communications experience, ideally within FMCG or other fast-moving consumer environments
You have a proven track record of building, scaling, and strengthening consumer brands through distinctive positioning and impactful communication
You have led the development of large-scale brand platforms, communication architectures, and integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including TV and digital
You have extensive experience driving brand redesigns, visual identity systems, and packaging strategies across multiple categories and consumer touchpoints
You are equally comfortable defining long-term brand strategy and diving into campaign execution, content development, and creative reviews
You have successfully led and inspired both in-house creative teams and external agencies, maintaining high creative standards while driving executional excellence
You bring strong expertise in digital-first, social, influencer, content, and e-commerce-driven brand building
You thrive in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments and combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, low-ego, and action-oriented leadership style
