About this role
Role Overview
Keep Salesforce running smoothly (Run)
Respond to and resolve a variety of support requests
Improve the platform using out-of-the-box tools (Flows, page layouts, etc.)
Manage user access, permissions, profiles, and configuration changes
Maintain data quality and resolve data issues
Triage incoming requests and escalate appropriately
Handle Salesforce-related IT tickets (account creation, login issues, etc.)
Gather and qualify requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance
Translate operational needs into clear, actionable items for the squad
Participate in scoping sessions and help prioritize incoming requests based on impact and feasibility
Identify patterns in support requests that indicate training gaps or missing tooling
Contribute to building guided actions and self-service tools so users can help themselves
Create and maintain documentation and training materials
Deliver training sessions to reduce repeat questions
Automate repetitive tasks to free up time
Track metrics and report on progress toward ticket-reduction goals
Propose and begin implementing a ticket-reduction roadmap
Collaborate with a squad composed of Salesforce Engineers and a Product Manager
Requirements
2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, functional consultant, or similar operational role
Strong hands-on Salesforce skills: user management, permissions, profiles, reports, dashboards, basic Flows
Proven track record of improving processes, not just executing them
Excellent communication skills—regular collaboration with stakeholders across departments
Problem-solving mindset: able to identify patterns, not just individual tickets
Autonomy and ownership: able to prioritize work independently and push back when needed
Fluent in French and proficient in English
