Role Overview
- Chasing documents
- Collating documents for lawyers needed to consider strategy
- Diarising Court orders and other critical dates
- Arranging conferences
- Arranging Counsel and other expert attendance
- Legal research & completing factual chronologies
- Ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations
- 35 hours per week Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Requirements
- Degree level education and/or Post graduate
- An ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to work with case management systems
- The personal skills to deal with competing demands of your team of lawyers
- Previous experience of working in a team which handles insurance claims (Desirable)
- Knowledge of the sorts of disputes dealt with by the PRC team (Desirable)
