Requirements
- strong experience in telecommunications
- deep expertise in wireless technologies such as 4G, 5G
- solid knowledge of RF design
- coverage planning and wireless network optimisation
- strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
- experience managing vendors and delivery partners
- excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- proficiency in network design tools and data analytics platforms
- ability to work effectively under pressure
