Leading and coordinating end-to-end projects to support and develop listing activities across Euronext markets, with a focus on Equity.
Acting as a central coordinator for project management activities in the Admissions department, including detailed planning, resource allocation, risk management and budgeting.
Driving business workstreams by defining deliverables, owners, deadlines and quality criteria, drafting minutes and ensuring actions are followed up.
For transversal projects, setting up and running project governance, preparing presentations and materials.
Supporting business development initiatives with operational implications.
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners stakeholders (intermediaries, custodians…) to ensure seamless execution when impacted by listing initiatives.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Economics or a related field.
At least five years of operational experience in financial markets.
Strong understanding of equity market structure, including how secondary markets operate.
Knowledge on internal IT systems is a plus (MyEuronext, Plug/Matrix, Optiq, IDS).
Minimum five years’ experience involved in complex projects end-to-end.
Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple topics in parallel in a matrix environment operating effectively across business and operational topics.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills with proven ability to work across functions and geographies.
Proactive, rigorous and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
Fluent English required; French is a plus.
