Role Overview
- Regular communication with our customers and handling of open inquiries
- Tracking and clarifying outstanding items and supporting the allocation of unposted payments
- Independently handling invoice and payment discrepancies and resolving customer complaints
- Identifying overdue receivables and initiating appropriate measures (e.g., handover to collections)
- Preparing and contributing to regular reports in the Accounts Receivable area
- Conducting credit checks and releasing blocked orders
- Building and maintaining trusted business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in projects to optimize the order-to-cash process
- Improving customer master data quality
- Performing additional administrative tasks in the Business Finance area
Requirements
- Enrolled at a German university or college in Economics, Business Administration (BWL), or a comparable degree program
- First professional experience in the finance area is an advantage
- Confident user of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on working style
- Strong communication skills and negotiating ability
- Analytical mindset and a structured, organized way of working
