Role Overview
Represent the bank to clients and in the market
Drive growth and acquire new clients
Maintain and expand existing relationships
Take responsibility for your own client portfolio with sophisticated and complex needs
Conduct strategic discussions and provide tailored advice aligned with client needs
Deliver sustainable results through structured advice and close collaboration with specialist teams
Requirements
Completed banking apprenticeship, ideally complemented by a degree or further professional training
Demonstrable success in acquisition and fully leveraging client potential
Several years of experience in advisory and sales within the financial services sector
Expertise in investments and solid knowledge of the MiFID-compliant advisory and product range
Strong communication skills, high customer and team orientation, confident presence, and self-initiative
