Role Overview
- Lead cross-product UX initiatives and define direction across solution spaces
- Connect team-level work into a coherent, end-to-end platform experience
- Stay hands-on—contributing to flows, concepts, and interaction models
- Ensure solutions scale across workflows, products, and journeys
- Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders on roadmap and priorities
- Work closely with engineering to ensure solutions are practical, buildable, and delivered with high fidelity
- Navigate ambiguous problem spaces and define clear design approaches
- Mentor designers and raise the quality of work across teams
Requirements
- Deep experience designing complex B2B SaaS or platform products
- Strong systems thinking across multi-product environments
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Hands-on design expertise in complex domains
- Experience with data-heavy, analytics, or AI-adjacent systems
- Experience designing for highly regulated environments
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity
- Proficiency in Figma and modern product design workflows
