Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or related field
Epic Cogito Fundamentals accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days
Epic Caboodle Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days
Epic Clarity Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days
Typically requires 2 to 4 years of experience in business analytics, healthcare informatics, or related field
Ability to work independently or as part of a group and balance multiple priorities while consistently completing complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner
Strong communication skills; demonstrated ability to actively listen and ask clarifying questions
Team player with positive attitude, strong commitment to customer service, and a desire to master healthcare-related systems and business processes
Demonstrates critical thinking, ability to problem solve, and is results-oriented
Experience in programming tools and languages used for data extraction and automation, data management, modeling, and analysis
Experience working with large-scale data; strong working knowledge of business intelligence concepts and designs
