Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Proven experience in managing multiple operational work streams with strong project planning and execution skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve results.
Strong leadership capabilities, including hiring, training, mentoring, and fostering team accountability.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project status, timelines, and resource needs.
Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Proficiency in applying business measures and analytical methodologies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
