Senior Scrum Master

Role Overview

• Facilitate cross-functional engineering teams in the delivery and implementation of new products or upgrades
• Develop detailed schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Conduct project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Maintain multiple-sprint release plans and release burndown based on capacity
• Facilitate cross-team, program wide rituals like release planning or retrospectives
• Promote continuous improvement to maximize capacity and predictability
• Establish team working agreements and help resolve impediments
• Provide visibility of team status to senior management

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Experience of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Knowledge of scaled frameworks like SAFe
• Experience in tracking and publishing different metrics regularly
• Moderation skill to organize and implement and lead all scrum ceremonies
• Demonstrated experience with software estimation and planning techniques
• Guiding the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization
• Ability to implement Scrum Framework from scratch
