About this role
Role Overview
Oversee all functions supporting the sales of spare parts
Lead demand planning activities and optimize inventory
Proactively identify and manage parts availability risks
Collaborate with customers and sales teams for forecasts
Develop and communicate KPI reporting internally and externally
Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply chain planning specialists
Support strategic planning aligned with Parts & Services strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
5 years business experience
5 to 10 years experience directly in aftermarket or supply chain management
Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role / people management role
Strong proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
Subject Matter Expertise in building analytical models
Power BI experience preferred
Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
