Develop navigation flows, information architecture and layouts for complex web systems and mobile applications.
Create, componentize and organize screens in Figma with impeccable precision.
Apply and evolve the existing Design System using best practices from Material Design 3 (M3).
Ensure visual consistency, usability and technical standardization across all Figma files (rigorous use of Auto Layout, components, variants and tokens).
Work in an agile environment, absorbing business feedback and implementing adjustments with speed and accuracy.
Requirements
Hands-on experience as a UX/UI Designer focused on digital products (SaaS, web platforms or complex applications).
Advanced proficiency in Figma (real experience creating and maintaining complex components, variants, properties and Auto Layout).
Solid understanding of UX best practices applied to interfaces (usability, user flows, basic accessibility and visual hierarchy).
Portfolio that demonstrates visual clarity, consistency, alignment and, above all, layout organization (we want to see the logic behind the screens).
Ability to self-manage, maintain focus and discipline for deliverables in a 100% remote environment.
