Role Overview
Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for new hire and ongoing training across Care Solution roles
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into clear, actionable learning objectives
Lead end-to-end instructional design using the ADDIE framework
Develop interactive training solutions using a mix of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning methods
Continuously improve curriculum by analyzing learner feedback and training effectiveness metrics
Ensure training content remains accurate and aligned with evolving products, systems, and business strategies
Incorporate innovative tools and emerging technologies to modernize learning experiences
Support training delivery through facilitation or train-the-trainer sessions
Requirements
3+ years of instructional design experience
2+ years of experience developing healthcare-related training curriculum
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise, Captivate)
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
