The Operations Delivery Specialist role is responsible for partnering with portfolio owners to ensure the planning and flawless delivery of learning experiences and programs to employees.
Working on a variety of Operations projects in support of deploying new processes, managing vendors, finances, implementing talent development programs, and participating in Talent and Development system implementations.
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to contribute to optimization of training tasks and recommend resolutions for moderately complex matters.
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver the priority T&L development strategies and programs.
Ensures flawless delivery of learning programs and development events across all T&L portfolios, including management, executive, technical, employee business and professional skills.
Delivers moderately complex operational support to key T&L stakeholders by liaising with key program managers regarding training programs, schedules, resources required and learning event delivery.
Requirements
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in training event management, logistics planning and managing multiple complex stakeholder client relationships.
Strong knowledge of the people organization, key stakeholders and priorities.
Deep understanding of the various business units and locations in the AMS.
