Partner closely with senior HPS leaders
Define long-term direction, medium-term strategic priorities, and near-term business choices
Develop insight-driven recommendations grounded in rigorous analysis and compelling strategic narratives
Structure analytical approaches and project plans
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and follow-through
Contribute to team development by identifying growth opportunities and connecting team members with mentors

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or another related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically 8–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business strategy, management consulting, product strategy, or a related field
Experience in top-tier consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous strategy environment is highly desirable
Experience developing strategic recommendations, long-range plans, business cases, and executive communications for senior leaders
Experience working in technology, hardware, software, services, AI, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
