Assist with setting up supplier contracts & supplier pricing terms.
Handle incoming calls from customers, initiate and answer calls explaining our services.
Provide updates to internal database systems.
Initiate communications with internal teams and customer base.
Follow-up with customers to ensure contract maintenance.
Requirements
Relevant experience in customer support and data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer management skills with attention to detail and customer needs.
Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
Experience working in a highly dynamic atmosphere, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work within challenging time frames.
Excellent phone presence, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
In-depth knowledge of PC and web applications with experience in MS Office applications.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Familiarity and comfort using AI tools in day to day work.
