Role Overview
- Lead NYPA’s Demand Flexibility & Product Development function
- Oversee and prioritize products from inception to sunset
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure product decisions deliver value
- Manage business processes and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Facilitate strategic planning and identify high impact opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Strategic Planning or the equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or the equivalent, preferred
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with energy project/business development
- Minimum of 3 years of people management/leadership experience
- Experience working in or with government agencies, preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel required 15% of the time
