Responsible for all Eco System Sales (including OEM, Services & Consulting) activities in the defined region in EMEA
Strengthen our strategic market position in the region and achieve strategic sales targets
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners in the pharmaceutical industry
Identify customers and customer’s needs and develop and implement new sales strategies
Be the first point of contact for customers and ensure long-term relationships by creating development plans for new and existing customers
Prepare sales forecasts and reports
Responsibility for maintaining the CRM system and marketing activities, especially trade fairs and events
Lead negotiation and close agreements with customers in strong alignment with the technical sales departments and follow up on proposals
Maintaining close working relationships with Technical Sales Managers in OEM and Consulting companies
Reports to SVP Sales Körber Pharma EMEA
Requirements
A successfully completed degree in a technical field or high technical affinity
Several years of successful direct sales experience of technical products in a B2B environment including project-based technical sales; experience in pharma or pharma related industry is preferred
Fluent in German and English
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, analytical thinking, negotiating and organizational skills
Good MS Office 365 and Salesforce skills
High willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events
