CQA Roof Observer

Role Overview

• Effectively apply MANTIS methodology in the facility inspection process
• Provide quality assurance observation on projects as needed
• Conduct roof surveys, pavement surveys, and building envelope surveys as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet-based field tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Physically able to climb ladders/scaffolding and lift 50 lbs
• 5+ years in construction, roofing, or facility assessment roles (preferred)
• Previous CQA or project inspection experience (preferred)
• Roofing Technology Certificate or related certifications (preferred)
• RCI/IIBEC coursework or certifications (preferred)
• Experience with pavement or building envelope technologies (preferred)
