Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees.
Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws (specifically France, UK, Germany, Spain).
Maintain employee handbooks.
Ensure we are able to onboard our new joiners the best way; any information that is relevant on our HR systems, Office and Managers.
Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates).
Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed.
Manage immigration requests (work permits, renewals, National Security Number request).
Prepare and process payroll for employees in EMEA.
Provide the needed information on time to our providers and to the Finance team to ensure our employees will be paid on time.
Lead any process optimization initiatives (automation, providers benchmark, etc.).
Explore, implement, and refine people-related projects, procedures, and best practices that reflect our values and foster a positive company culture.
Continuously improve, document, and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies.
Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll
