People Enablement Partner

Role Overview

• Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams
• Help design and lead the annual delivery of the org’s People Plan agenda
• Facilitate and present enablement topics both ad-hoc / remotely and globally
• Identify needs, gaps & opportunities within people management structures
• Support people managers to ensure a strong approach to people management
• Deliver annual People processes surrounding talent & performance

Requirements

• Experience supporting Sales or customer facing orgs as a business partner
• Experience partnering with GTM management teams at a strategic level
• Excellent communication skills in all channels (in-person, over Zoom, in Slack)
• Process-oriented and enjoy creating structure in ambiguity
• Highly approachable with a customer service approach to enablement and development
• AI-fluent, tool-agnostic, and instinctively reach for LLMs
