Role Overview
Develop and execute a territory strategy
Build and expand distribution partnerships
Drive contractor demand
Achieve volume growth while maintaining pricing discipline
Establish and maintain a consistent operating rhythm
Leverage cross-functional resources to deliver customer solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor and contractor partners
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle
Experience developing and executing territory or customer strategies
Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
Effective communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 40–50%)
