Create new relationships and manage existing ones with Financial Advisors
Increase sales and revenue of Neuberger Berman mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, and alternative investment strategies
Develop and implement a business plan for the territory
Maintain a high level of expertise related to capital markets and investment management industry
Coordinate all prospect meetings and sales support activities
Exhibit strong business acumen and executive sales presence
Maintain activity information in Neuberger Berman CRM database

A minimum of 10 years’ experience within the investment management industry
5+ years of intermediary distribution experience preferred
Experience working with wirehouse, regional, and independent financial advisors
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding predetermined key objectives
Strong executive presence, active listening, client preparedness, and presentation skills
Professional characteristics reflecting curiosity, empathy, and enthusiasm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree a plus
CIMA, CAIA, or CFA designations a plus
SIE, Series 7, 66 or SIE, 7, 63, 65 licenses
