Analyze, estimate, plan and execute a test plan for new features and regression activities
Identify product areas requiring quality improvement
Ensure automation testing is adding value to continuous integration and continuous delivery operations
Identify, document and report any potential software issues
Ensure testing practices are applied throughout the software development lifecycle
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UC platform using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable execution of regression, integration, and end-to-end tests across releases.
Create, maintain and evolve framework used for automation testing
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in a Software Engineering position (Quality Assurance or Software Development)
University degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or similar discipline
Fluency in English (Proficiency Level)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Dependable, reliable and passionate about software quality and software development
Ability to accurately estimate tasks and meet demanding schedules
Good knowledge of software Quality Assurance methodologies and processes
Experience with code version control (git)
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Programming skills in Java and JavaScript
Experience with Test Automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium, Appium, Playwright)
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (eg. Mocha, Jest, Jasmine)
Experience with Linux/Windows OS and Virtualization platforms (VMware)
Proven ability to work in an Agile environment, including participating in or leading agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Strong understanding of Agile principles and best practices, with a focus on continuous delivery, collaboration, and adaptability
