Associate Account Manager – Employee Benefits

Role Overview

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers, producers, and company personnel
• Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of insureds
• Provide clerical and technical support to Producers to benefit clients and agency's strategic business goals
• Assist producer in adding coverages to existing accounts
• Produce quote requests, spreadsheets and other related items while verifying their accuracy
• Prepare summaries of insurance and proposals as needed for account review
• Remarket renewals, contact clients, create renewal proposals and handle other renewal activities
• Adhere to all Agency systems, procedures and state regulations
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Oversee functions performed by Assistant CSSs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience; insurance industry required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
