About this role
Role Overview
Partner with Account Executives and Key Account Managers to drive revenue growth
Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored demos and presentations
Design and deliver compelling live demonstrations
Act as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams
Collaborate with Customer Success for successful customer adoption
Continuously learn from customers and share insights with internal teams
Requirements
Several years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS
Comfortable working with technically complex products
Experience with CAD / CAE systems
Understanding of mechanical parts and manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, casting, molding, milling, or deep drawing
Excellent communicator and storyteller
Curious and process-oriented
Comfortable traveling regularly (around 40%)
