Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to build simple, efficient experiences aligned with business objectives.
Conduct research, interviews, and user validations to ground product and design decisions.
Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive flows, journeys, and interfaces.
Actively participate in defining product strategy, contributing systemic vision and user experience focus.
Create high-quality prototypes, flows, and specifications with attention to detail.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure the impact of proposed solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and maintain consistency across products and features.
Collaborate with other designers through critiques, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.

Proven experience working as a Product Designer on digital products.
Ability to independently lead complex design projects.
Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product and Engineering.
Strong background in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design.
Experience conducting user research and validating solutions with users.
Ability to make data-informed decisions considering metrics and business context.
Excellent communication and the ability to present arguments to different stakeholders.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
Portfolio demonstrating product thinking, impact, and quality of execution.
