Software Consultant

Role Overview

• Advise and support companies in the implementation and use of our N2F software.
• Manage deployment projects end-to-end, from scoping to go-live.
• Analyze client needs and recommend process optimizations.
• Configure solutions based on business requirements and each organization’s specificities.
• Lead project workshops and coordinate the various stakeholders.
• Train and support users in adopting the tools.
• Monitor projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report enhancement requests to Product and Development teams.
• Keep functional and user documentation up to date.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a software consultant, functional project manager, or business/domain lead in deployment projects (accounting, finance, payroll, etc.).
• Experience using or configuring management/ERP software such as Sage, SAP, Cegid, EBP, or equivalent.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Quick learner and able to adapt to new environments.
• Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good professional level of English.
• German is a plus.
• Previous experience working for a software vendor is a plus.
• Experience in an accounting firm is a plus.
• Knowledge of expense management solutions is a plus.
