Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating Solventum Steri-vac™ Sterilizers and Abators in hospital and industrial (Life Sciences) environments.
Performing preventive maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
Providing technical consultation and in-service training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Managing customer relationships through service agreement renewals, obtaining purchase orders for billable service visits, and scheduling customer visits.
Supporting customers by delivering timely and effective technical service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of experience troubleshooting and repairing medical or industrial equipment in a private, public, government, or military environment
OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND seven (7) years of experience troubleshooting and repairing medical or industrial equipment in a private, public, government, or military environment
Experience troubleshooting and repairing medical or industrial equipment
Experience performing equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
Experience providing technical support and customer-facing service in a field environment
