About this role
Role Overview
Answer telephone and handle all calls appropriately
Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
Enter patient demographics, insurance, and referral information into EMR
Cancel and reschedule appointments as assigned
Maintain and follow HIPAA policies and procedures
Other relevant duties as assigned by the Manager/Director
Requirements
Full-Time Position
Knowledge and application of job duties within scope of practice
Ability to demonstrate compliance with laws and standards
Interact respectfully with all levels of staff
Assist as needed during duty hours
