Responsible for steering the UE strategy as part of the UE Leadership team, coordinating with the overall strategy of the Nokia and Business Groups.
Guarantee that the IT strategy is translated into actionable steps, consistent with IT execution plans and capability roadmaps, and oversees the deployment, execution, and communication of the IT strategy.
Contribute to and assist IT Functions in providing projects and services comprehensively from start to finish.
Consistently pursue avenues for enhancement across IT domains, applying analytical abilities and a broad perspective. This includes collaborating with universities or research institutes as appropriate.
Develop, formalize, and deploy IT Performance management tools and communicate the IT unit's performance through established Scorecards and Dashboards.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering/ IT or equivalent with min 10-15 years of experience
Experience in General Financial Knowledge / Data analytics
Must have experience handling the people admin process
Understand PMO / project process
Must have User Experience or Digital Workplace competence
Industry, Market and technology understanding.
Exp. in improvement methodologies. Agile and Continuous Delivery and methodologies
