Develop Performance Strategies: Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital media strategies.

Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, generating actionable insights and detailed reports.

Requirements
Relevant Experience in eCommerce and Lead Generation: Minimum of 3 years' experience managing performance campaigns targeting ROAS and CPL objectives.
Proficiency with Performance Tools: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
Analytical Capability: Ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and make results-oriented decisions.
Excellent Communication Skills: Able to present results, build trust with internal and external stakeholders, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
Proactivity and Curiosity: Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to learn and continuously improve, and a genuine interest in the online sales environment.
