You will become ALB's point of contact in your territory.
Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unconventional accommodations).
Portfolio Management: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
Flexibility: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).

Persuasiveness: You know how to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — what matters is your willingness to learn and to do quality work.
