Role Overview
- Processing scanned accounting documents for a portfolio of BIC clients (industrial and commercial profits tax regime)
- Verifying automatic accounting pre-allocations
- Preparing reconciliation statements
- Preparing and filing tax and VAT returns
- Performing preliminary account reviews (pre-audit)
- Alerting the engagement manager to abnormal delays in client or supplier payments or to significant events affecting the client
- Preparing income tax returns
- Actively contributing to our advisory services for business owners under the supervision of an engagement manager
Requirements
- Two-year post-secondary qualification (equivalent to Bac+2)
- At least 2 years' professional experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience in an accounting firm
