Coordinate the ESG data ecosystem end-to-end, ensuring stable integrations.
Ensure integration continuity when systems, datasets, templates, or calculations change.
Identify, request, coordinate, and validate system/template/workflow changes.
Oversee dataset and system modifications ensuring they are fully documented and approved.
Maintain governance workflows that support validation, approval, documentation, and audit trails.
Support structured workflows and controls in the collection tooling and ensure the ecosystem is audit-ready.
Assess feasibility of new requests and coordinate implementation across stakeholders.
Support new metric development and changes by coordinating analysis, build, testing, and production.

Advanced experience in ESG data validation and governance, sustainability reporting, or enterprise data management.
Comfort working with SQL databases and analytics environments.
Proven experience with Agile methodology and strong working knowledge of UAT, release validation, and change control.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end operational processes with multiple stakeholders.
Experience maintaining documentation, audit trails, and governance artifacts.
Ability to translate business reporting requirements into technical requirements and coordinate delivery across teams.
Strong communication and issue-triage skills.
