Lead role for electrical engineering commitments in accordance with scope, schedule, budget, and procedures
Provide electrical systems design technical leadership and project management
Manage electrical staff resources assigned to projects and mentor their continuous development
Lead and document meetings with clients, contractors, and other consultants
Review tender submissions and quotations from contractors
Prepare design briefs, schematics, project documents, and perform required engineering calculations
Provide technical guidance and quality assurance to electrical staff

Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada / Quebec
Relevant experience in mining and mineral processing facilities
Minimum of 10 years of experience in power system design
Proficiency in engineering tools such as ETAP, SKM, and AutoCAD Electrical
Knowledge of medium voltage electrical systems, substation equipment, standards, and codes
Experience leading multidisciplinary coordination efforts
