Assess organizational learning needs, designing and implementing effective learning solutions, and delivering training programs that support workforce capability, employee development, and organizational performance.
Determine delivery approach, adapt content to audience needs, and make real-time facilitation decisions to ensure learning effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
Perform professional-level work directly related to workforce development and organizational effectiveness.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality learning experiences across in-person and virtual environments, including LMS (Litmos) support and administration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience in demonstrated independent facilitation across enterprise audiences. Learning and development and instructional design skills preferred.
Experience designing or delivering training in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
Experience with LMS platforms (Litmos experience plus).
CPTD: Certified Professional in Talent Development (formerly CPLP) preferred.
CPTM: Certified Professional in Training Management preferred.

Must be willing to travel up to 25% to clinics and offices (As needed for training sessions and preparation).
