Lead Trainer – Learning & Development

Role Overview

• Assess organizational learning needs, designing and implementing effective learning solutions, and delivering training programs that support workforce capability, employee development, and organizational performance.
• Determine delivery approach, adapt content to audience needs, and make real-time facilitation decisions to ensure learning effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Perform professional-level work directly related to workforce development and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality learning experiences across in-person and virtual environments, including LMS (Litmos) support and administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in demonstrated independent facilitation across enterprise audiences. Learning and development and instructional design skills preferred.
• Experience designing or delivering training in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
• Experience with LMS platforms (Litmos experience plus).
• CPTD: Certified Professional in Talent Development (formerly CPLP) preferred.
• CPTM: Certified Professional in Training Management preferred.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% to clinics and offices (As needed for training sessions and preparation).
