Lead the institution's Data, IT Governance and IT Projects functions;
Develop and maintain IT governance policies, processes and metrics;
Ensure management and prioritization of the technology project portfolio;
Lead strategic digital transformation projects, ensuring schedule, cost, quality and value delivery;
Support decision-making through management and analysis of institutional data;
Promote a data-driven culture and continuous process improvement;
Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards and regulatory requirements related to technology and information security;
Manage vendors, contracts and performance indicators related to the initiatives under your responsibility;
Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for areas and projects;
Support the definition of the institution's technology strategic planning;
Lead technical and multidisciplinary teams, fostering development, engagement and high performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related Information Technology fields.
Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization in IT Management, Governance, Data, Project Management or related areas is desirable.
Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams;
Strategic vision with a results-oriented approach;
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making;
Conflict management and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of IT governance and project management methodologies;
Experience with metrics, data analysis and continuous improvement;
Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives;
Knowledge of information security and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law);
Comfortable working with clinical/care, administrative and academic areas.
