About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the institution's Data, IT Governance and IT Projects functions;
- Develop and maintain IT governance policies, processes and metrics;
- Ensure management and prioritization of the technology project portfolio;
- Lead strategic digital transformation projects, ensuring schedule, cost, quality and value delivery;
- Support decision-making through management and analysis of institutional data;
- Promote a data-driven culture and continuous process improvement;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards and regulatory requirements related to technology and information security;
- Manage vendors, contracts and performance indicators related to the initiatives under your responsibility;
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for areas and projects;
- Support the definition of the institution's technology strategic planning;
- Lead technical and multidisciplinary teams, fostering development, engagement and high performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related Information Technology fields.
- Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization in IT Management, Governance, Data, Project Management or related areas is desirable.
- Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams;
- Strategic vision with a results-oriented approach;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making;
- Conflict management and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of IT governance and project management methodologies;
- Experience with metrics, data analysis and continuous improvement;
- Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives;
- Knowledge of information security and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law);
- Comfortable working with clinical/care, administrative and academic areas.
