About this role
Role Overview
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of project managers responsible for liquid cooled server racks and AI cluster deployments.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale deployments in client data centers.
Ensure all projects meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Support projects involving deployment of GPU-dense racks, high-performance interconnects, and large-scale AI infrastructure.
Partner with engineering, solution integration, logistics, and facilities teams to ensure deployment readiness.
Coordinate with clients to capture requirements, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks across the team.
Track KPIs for schedule adherence, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
Support relationships with key accounts, particularly hyperscalers and enterprise clients deploying AI clusters.
Provide clear, timely project updates to internal leadership and external clients.
Requirements
bachelor’s degree or equivalent educations in engineering related fields
3+ years of operation experience at mission critical facilities (hospitals, semi-conductor fabs, or data centers)
experiences in power and/or HVAC system deployments and maintenances.
Familiarity with mission critical facility logistics and operations.
Understanding power distributions, cooling system & piping design, and airflow management in high workload environments.
Knowledge in power and/or HVAC system design criteria and deployment best practices.
Ability to interpret and oversee project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interfacing with clients, executives, and technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, manage escalations, and drive accountability.
willingness and ability to travel internationally 25 – 50% of the time.
Proven ability to supervise projects and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
