Provide professional services, including business technology consultation, cloud solution training, and technical enablement to support Tencent Cloud’s international business growth
Collaborate with international architects and partners to design architecture on the Tencent Cloud platform
Guide customers and partners through system migration to the cloud
Coordinate cross-functional resources from product, service, and operations teams to provide robust pre-sales technical support for key partner projects and strategic opportunities
Participate in building and structuring Tencent Cloud’s global technology partner ecosystem

A Bachelor’s degree or higher
Over 5 years of hands-on experience in public or private cloud environments
Professional experience in at least two of the following domains: Software Development (proficient in Java, Python, or similar), System Operations & Maintenance, System Integration, Solution Design, Technical Consulting, Enterprise IT Systems & Architecture Management, Big Data, or AI
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in a major European language (e.g., Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) and/or Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
