About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain positive relationships with business customers
Support customers with account administration and service-related inquiries
Assist with billing-related questions and account management activities
Conduct proactive customer outreach and follow-up activities
Monitor customer engagement and identify potential risks
Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across different regions
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Ensure a high level of customer experience throughout the customer journey
Requirements
Fluent Italian language skills (C1 level or higher)
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused and proactive mindset
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in customer service, customer success, account management or client support is an advantage
Experience with CRM systems is considered a plus
