Develop and implement systems that streamline legal and administrative operations
Manage and optimize legal technology platforms, case management software, and internal tools
Create workflow automations to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity
Train attorneys and staff on legal software, technology tools, and best practices
Monitor operational performance metrics and generate reports for leadership
Coordinate technology implementation and operational improvement projects
Document workflows, procedures, and internal operating standards
Collaborate with firm leadership to recommend scalable operational solutions
Troubleshoot software and process-related issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Prior experience working in a law firm (required)
Strong interest in legal technology, workflow automation, and operational efficiency
Experience improving processes, workflows, or internal systems
Comfortable learning and managing legal software, case management platforms, and technology tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to train and support attorneys and staff on new systems and processes
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Experience with automation tools, reporting systems, or process optimization is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
