Design modern, CI-compliant PowerPoint presentations with clear structure and a high visual standard
Create and maintain consistent, recognizable document templates for PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Develop icons, schematics, charts and visuals, and modernize and simplify existing graphics
Design intro/outro slides and graphic video elements such as overlays, backgrounds and lower thirds
Create and maintain templates for presentations, course materials and worksheets, and use AI to develop imagery and layout ideas
Review all designs for consistency, readability, accessibility and CI/brand compliance

2–4 years of experience in presentation, corporate or visual design
Confident user of PowerPoint, MS Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud; 3D/Blender skills are an advantage
Enjoy developing aesthetic templates, standards and scalable design systems
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Independent, structured and pragmatic — able to perform under time pressure
Strong communicator and team player with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
