Support for day-to-day presales activities as well as ongoing proposal and customer projects
Contribute to the presales process by preparing proposals, technical concepts, and decision papers (e.g., for cloud, workplace, and digitalization projects)
Structured preparation and analysis of proposal content, including the use of AI‑supported tools
Creation and optimization of presentations, documentation, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct research, market and competitor analyses to support proposal strategies
Assist with the implementation and further development of an AI‑powered presales tool, and support training and knowledge transfer
Support the optimization of presales processes and workflows to increase efficiency
Contribute to innovative topics and use cases (e.g., AI, automation, digitalization in the presales context)
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (sales, IT, delivery) to develop customer‑oriented solutions

Enrolled student (advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree program)
Interest in business and/or technical topics — profile may vary by field of study (technical, business, administrative, etc.)
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Confident user of MS Office
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
