Role Overview
- Actively contribute to the Group’s business growth in oversized and heavy cargo
- Design training programs and content
- Promote project cargo activities to terminals
- Identify potential business opportunities
- Provide support for complex and highly technical projects
- Monitor and drive effective coordination between stakeholders
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree (Master’s level) from a Maritime or Engineering school
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record in managing teams and projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid understanding of maritime logistics and/or project cargo operational activities
- Project cargo experience and/or HSE experience
- Knowledge of ship operations and stowage planning
- IT tools proficiency (Windows suite, Qlik Sense)
- Engineering/design tools proficiency (Visio, AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Fluent in English
